I’m considering on taking one of the two but I’m stuck, lol. I know I can always Google them, but I want to hear from people who actually took one of these. Which of the two isn’t so time consuming? And which of the two can exercise your mind as well?

Well I am looking for yet another way to exercise and diet and was told about Pilates and Yoga and decided to try them both but I didn’t know much about it and per research didn’t tell much. If you have done either of the two please let me know tips, advice, etc..Thanks!!!
I am clearly to time low spend of health maintaining in that 3 methode.
I have Lupus (autoimmune rheumatic disease), and everybody says I need to exercise every day, other way I will become weaker and weaker. But I am already very weak right now and always so tired. I have read that Yoga is the best choice, but which style? Which one is the easiest and most suitable for not so healthy people? I surely cannot jump around right now and do handstands and things like that.
My yoga teacher said that yoga oxygenates the blood and builds strength in a healthier way and does the same good as the other types of exercise which he says can be harmful in the long run. Since I hate aerobics and feel so much better with yoga, it seems right to me but not to my traditional “work-out” relatives.What are the facts here?
