ok. ive been going to the gym for 2 1/2 months now. 4-5 times a week. burning 500 cals on weight training days, and 800 cals on cardio days. i keep a pedometer with me at work and burn on average another 300-500 cals while working. ive always ate healthy. no soda, fast f0od, grease or anything. i c0ok all my own meals. no late night snacking either!! i take daily multi vitamin, and protein shake after working out to repair my muscles.
so why am i still 185 lbs and have a ton of jiggly mess around my tummy and thighs???
i do sit ups and crunches every other day, and use all those ab strenthening machines at the gym..
wuts wrong with me?!?!
i know i can be skinny, ive been down to 120lbs before why cant i kik the jelly now???
this is rediculous.. i dont want to have sergery but im really starting to give up
any suggestions before i just face the knife?!?
During the fall I walked 30 minutes and it said I walked 4 or 5 miles. I cant remember. But it said that I burned 500 calories or 545, somewhere around there. Im 16 years old and weight 250+ pounds. I dont know if I was walking a normal pace or what, because when I walk I usually start day dreaming and thinking about stuff. I lost like 10 pounds. But since winter has came the weather has been crappy and I havent been able to get out because of the snow. I use dumbbells to excersise my arms. Ive noticied that when I flex my biceps, they look bigger kinda. The dumbbells are 5 pounds, I have 2 of them. I told my dad about getting a manual treadmill. I wish he would buy me one lol. I dont want nothing expensive though, just somethign to walk on, instead of sitting around in the house all day. I dont go to school because of other reasons I will not talk about. I usually stay isolated inside my house nitpicking and eating junkfood all day.
BTW, I walked in my back yard.

how do I know if I am burning enough calories if I run non-stop everyday for a whole hour and do aerobics for 30 minutes, but don’t break a sweat? I run for a whole hour everyday 5 days a week and do some aerobics and stretching for an extra 30 minutes everyday
I first started by walking about a month ago and I weighed myself at 150 and I have only lost 5 lbs pounds from then until now but I only eat raw foods, and I haven’t seen any improvements. What would you recommend that I do?

I eat healthy and I drink allot of water. I have lost weight before in a month. I have lost bout 20 lbs in a month before, do u think it has something to do with my metabolism?
My husband and I walk together I walk more steps and more miles but his pedometer says he burns more calories than me. We bought the same pedometers so we could keep track. Does my being 50 have a bearing on how many calories I burn? HELP
