Before “some” of u start……. i’m not trying to “diet”, i just want to not get any bigger for the health of my child and myself being that i’m already obese.

My name is Caitlyn and I am 15 years old.
I weigh 175 pounds and I am definitely overweight by much more than I should be.
I am looking for someone who can tell me what to do in order to shed this extra weight.
I own the following:
Exercise tapes (Yoga and cardio)
Bike
Jump rope
Walking shoes
Pedometer
hand weights
exercise ball
Softball mitt and ball
I have most of what I need, I just need to know how to best utilize it.

I eat about 3000 cals per day.

I’ve recently started eating healthy foods and exercising. I would like to start taking vitamins but have no idea where to start?
I guess I need a good multi-vitamin?
I got my treadmill used and i just did 1 mile and it said that i burned 174 calories and 54.5 fat calories, is that right cause thats alot. and when i did my walking on regular ground, with my pedometer, i didnt even burn that much in 2.6 miles.
