alright.. im 16, female, 5′10 and 137lbs or so. ive worked out that i need to tone up, regardless whether i lose weight or not. im a pear shaped gal, so i know that whenever i do lose weight, my middle section is the last place the fat is gonna shift from. im in yr 11 and schoolwork is piling up, and im finding it hard to juggle exercise with homework.. i know its typical but im going outta control a little ansd becoming sedementary and a homebody because of this. i do exercise for stress relief so thats not a prob. i do dance 3x a week for 90 mins each time. i try to walk/jog for an hour 3x a week..or just for shorter jogs when i can’t do the full thing. im considering getting a pedometer to reach 10,000 steps a day, coz i dont think i even reach 5000, i feel i dont. i jump on my trampoline, play totem tennis and everyday i do 50 situps and other toning exercises, i like swimming but dont do it as much as its winter here in aus. what more could i do to tone up my behind?
It’s not that I don’t get enough sleep-I get a good 8-9 hours every night. And I wear a pedometer and am sure to hit 10000 steps per day, so it’s not that. I don’t know what it is. Anyway, I’m looking for some advice/suggestions on things to eat that won’t be horrible to eat all day long, or other ways to stay alert that don’t involve drugs. Sometimes I’ll get up and walk around too, but often it’s to the kitchen.
Any ideas???
In my manual, it said nothing about where to position the phone to accurately count your steps. I know it has the advanced calibration feature, but that still doesn’t answer my question about positioning.
Let me phrase this another way:
I tend to keep my phone at the front of my pack, which is centered over my chest. In order for the pedometer, once calibrated, to accurately count my steps, would I need to keep it somewhere closer to my hips – like in my pocket?
I think this is a brilliant feature to include on a cell phone, and I hope to have it help me improve my health, but I need to know it’s working properly, and not giving me a loose estimate of steps taken in a day.
Thanks in advance for your insight!
If you managed to attach a pedometer to your waist would it measure your pelvic thrusts whilst having sex?
Not sure what you could attach it to, any suggestions?
If it worked, what would your total be?……
