What health benefits would I expect to see. I dont need to lose any weight as my weight is spot on.

I do my daily workout in the morning before I put anything at all into my body (besides the occasional half glass of water). I’ve heard that this is the best time, but is it true? And if so, why?
Just curious. I’m in good health but I always like to go for what is going to benefit my body the most.

Okay, so I am confused on how to figure out the min/mile when jogging?
How do I calculate this?
Like 11min/mile…It is 11 minutes of jogging or 11 miles?
Or this a formula to use?
I have a pedometer that tells me: steps, calories, and miles. What would I use to convert it into miles/minutes.
So if I ran 5 miles in 30 minutes how would I convert this to min/mile?
Or if I do 5600 steps in a hour..how do I convert that?
Which way is the best?
