I was checking the health category for men to see the type of questions being asked. Most of them seem to be concerned with issues of sexual function and very few express any other theme. I did see one where a man wanted to know what areas should be covered in a physical exam (maybe he’s eighty and well past caring about sex lol lol, JUST KIDDING!). I’ve noticed that the men who I care about most; my fiance, father, younger brother, and two grandfathers all rely on the important women in their life to manage their health needs. For example, my father is a real baby when it comes to doctors and needs my mother to accompany him to doctor’s appointments when she can manage to convince him to go. When he gets a cold he lies in bed helpless as a baby. My fiance has a healthy lifestyle (thanks to his mom) including frequent exercise, lots of sleep (he sleeps like a log), @ a good diet. His mom tells me that she doesnt dare trust him to see a doctor by himself because he says all fine.
I want to measure in miles how far/much I’m walking.
1. Moderate exercise, at least 1/2 hour each day. Walking is very good.
2. A diet low in fats, especially saturated fats. Stay to 10 Calories per pound you want to weigh (120 lbs = 1200 Calories.)
3. Take a full spectrum multivitamin and mineral supplement. I take Vemma.
4. Study religion. Faith in God helps to relieve us of our worries.
I know that all three are important, but I was wondering which one is the MOST important.
