I’m already pretty skinny so im not asking to lose weight i just want my stomach to be more toned like in this picture what type of exercise would be needed in order to look like this how many times a week just by next summer which by then I’m sure a person would have already acheived it.Other than the fact to eat a health diet.

I play competitive soccer and I have heard many different things about rehydrating during and after practice and games. My trainer said to drink water during the game, and an energy drink, gatorade being the best, after to replenish our muscles. However, my aunt, who is a nutritionist, said to drink gatorade during the game and water after. To make it even more confusing, i read in a health book that gatorade is not good for you because of all the fake sugar, and to drink Replenish (i’ve never heard of it) or a sweetened water (which our trainer told us not to drink because it doesnt have the right electrolytes or sodium)
please help me! I want to know how to keep hydrated when doing any type of exercise, but especially soccer.

and do I have to get any type of lawyers to confirm or anything like that or do I just type it out myself stating that I’m not responsible for any of it??

I’m a sixteen year old girl, and I want to start exercising just to improve my general physical and mental health. But I’m slightly underweight and I don’t want to lose any more weight. I know running and jogging result in massive weight loss. Is there any exercise I can do that will improve my fitness and stamina but won’t make me lose that much weight? Please help.

Not for ground exercise and jims but one natural exercise is very good for health what’s that
