I am looking at buying an Ipod Touch, but don’t know if I should go with the 8g or 16g (32g is out of my price range). I want to be able to listen to music, play some of the games they advertise, and have a calendar. I would also like to maybe use some other apps they have like the pedometer.
The 16g is a little more than I would like to spend, but I would spend it if the 8g wouldn’t give me enough room for what I want to do.
Also, does anyone know if Ipods are usually on sale for super special prices the day after Thanksgiving?

i want to put some apps on my ipod touch but i don’t have a wifi plan with it. i’d like to use the wifi-less apps… if there are such things.
ex- like the level, pedometer, sketch pad and some games …
when you download an application does it tell you if it needs a wifi connection or if you can use it without wifi?

hi i was wondering because i lost both my psps about 5 months ago and i cant live without some mp3 device.i am getting an ipod touch but have around enuf for a 1st gen probably 16gb maybe 32gb.but anyways i am getting around $150 once the summer begins (hopefully) but id be able to get 2nd gen then.but im wonderign should i get the 1st gen and get 2.2 software update.1 does it increase battery life at all on the 1st gen?also will it let me use app store?anways i dont really care for 2nd gen cuz i mean i can spare the $10 for software update.and the curve?ive had psps for 2 years and they as flat as a book.the volume buttons?big whoops u can 1 touch to home screen and control it.external speaker?i heard its crap and why would i need to use phone?i got one.so anyways why would i use nike+? i got pedometers.ok so anyways i cant live til summer but might if i must.so should i get the 1st gen or 2nd?(and also i know it looks like im trying to make the 2nd gen seem bad but it is pretty good i just dont wanna wait!)
Hey guys, I’m debating buying one of the applications for my Touch to measure my steps, rather than buy a new pedometer. My question is, which one would people recommend from the Apple store? Are there any that work without stopping when the iPod locks after 1 minute? Which ones do you recommend overall?
