Ive just stopped smoking and im cutting down on my drinking because of my health. Please any tips on getting back my health will be greatly appreciated. maybe some light exercise any tips on that would be cool and just in general food and stuff anything else you can think of. thanks
For my New Year’s Resolution I decided to eat healthy and to do exercises for every part of my body at least once a week? So I need to get familiar with some healthy foods and good exercises! Help!!!!!!
Yeah, I’m about to model very soon and I asking for some health tips. I already exercise(hip-hop dancer) but want to know some healthy….

Perhaps you can use this opportunity to make a pledge to yourself! Some of mine are:
1- If your body is healthy and in perfect balance, there is no reason to show any sysmptoms of being unwell!! So to always be in-tune with my body and get help for it when needed (and to ensure the same for my family!). And by help I mean as much as possible help from natural/holistic medicines.
2- To treat my skin well! Harsh skin products filled with perfumes and other harmful chemicals don’t do your skin any favours!
3- Not to grow my fringe! I’ve realised a shortish fringe suits me best.
4- Not to thin out my eyebrow too much, it doesn’t suit me!
5- To moisturise my lips at least twice a day.
6- To take better care of my eyes, mostly to clean my contact lenses well and dispose of them as soon as they expire. I have been quite neglectful of my eyes’ health for a long time!
7- To change my exercise and sleeping habits(i.e. exercise more often. Sleep earlier at night and become more of an early riser)
I have offically decided to get healthy and lose weight. I am not going to be a couch potatoe anymore and I am pretty excited. The only problem is this is new for me. Never worked out before. I am not looking for a quick fix but I am looking for something that will show results and keep me motivated. I work for hotel and will have access to our gym (tredmill, bike, weight stuff and stair climber). If anyone has any ideas or suggestions about exercising or even cutting certain stuff out of diet.
