I don’t wear/hate wearing a watch, and I only have a tiny one with a face on it so it’s near impossible to know when I’ve ran for a minute and it’s time to switch to walking again. Is there some sort of a gadget that would beep for me? Like, that I could set to beep in 1.5 minutes and then in .5 minutes and then in 1.5 minutes again? Or how do people do this sort of thing? I don’t want to have to look down at a watch all the time. I wear a pedometer, and that helps me keep track of things a little. I don’t want to be limited to running on a tredmill because I don’t have access to it on weekends.

So I’m a beginning runner trying to train for a 5K. I’ve done a lot of research on creating a training plan etc. and I’m not looking for advice on that front. What I do need help with is keeping track of my time.
I hate wearing a watch because I have very sensitive skin on my wrist and in the past I have had horrible outbreaks of eczema and watches have given me extreme heat rashes.
I’m wondering if there is another way to keep track of time, maybe a running play-list that changes song every minute or beeps every minute. Maybe a pedometer that also has a stop watch – ideally one that attaches at the waist.
Suggestions?

I’m tired of doctors prescribing medicine for everything. A little headache: Take these pills. Stomach ache: take this medicine.
Heck, i had a serios mysteerious ache in the stomach, and it was so bad i was in terrible pain for 8 months.. They gave me medicine and i didn’t even take it, i used herbals and was patient and positive and i healed.
Doctors don’t prescribe any natural remedies except for the well known ORANGE juice for colds. They need to appraoch ALL illnesses with NATURAL cures. For example, If you say you’re DEPRESSED, they immediately suggest medication. Why? Why not suggest meditation and mental exercises.

I need advice on how to loose weight I have a bad knee and hip so I can’t do very hard exercise so please help thank you.
