This is for my whole family. I have a bigh family. but These are just things I want. Is this good? Or should I take some stuff off?
I am 5′4 and about 155 lbs, female and 20 years old. I am taking Acai vitamins and Alli. I want to loose around 15-20 lbs. I do yoga about 3 times a week, and ride the bike about 20 mins (about 3 miles), walk on the treadmile (usually for 10-15 mins or .5-1 mile), and lift weights (all about 3-4 times per week)..Will this plan work for me? How can I help myself? I wear a pedometer, how many steps should I be taking per day? I am eating healthy with fruits, veggies, salads, chicken etc.
i gave in to my demons again , and only had one big bag of pick and mix which i had for 2 films at the start and end of the day, yep it was big, and filled with lots of fizzys and jelly sweets. I had with each film, 1 medium sized (cineworld cinemas) diet/ coke zero. During the day, i did lots of walking, and i’ve now calculated using gmaps online pedometer (which actually works it out so it equals less , due to not taking into consideration pace, climate or gradient) how many calories i have burnt. it said around 1200. now do, you guys think thats overtaken what i’ve consumed?
And on top of this would someone PLEASE WORK OUT my BMR , i am 16 , 6ft , 98 pounds and go on daily walks burning around 500calories a day-(600 some days) and today obviously ive done this.So i COUNT AS ACTIVE
please help, i am paranoid about maintaining the shape of my legs as they are, and don’t want to go running, which i used to do daily (2 miles) ANYMORE.
Argh I’ve read so many advice from all these people and there’s soooooo many misconceptions that hurt people instead of helping.
1) You resistance train before cardio because in the beginning your using up quick stored energy instead of the fat on your body. Cardio burns more fat so do it when all the stored energy has been used.
2) Toning does not exist. Tone is just the state of your relaxed muscle. If you do high reps low weight your muscles build more endurance and firmer they don’t look any better or have any better definition.
3) Doing ab exercises does not give you abs. There is no such thing as “spot reduction.” Losing the fat on your stomach requires dieting and cardio.
4) Doing ab exercises w/o additional weight only gives you endurance not muscle growth.
5) You can’t exercises crazily and not diet and expect good results.
6) There are NO quick fixes, any dramatic change takes time to do it right and to do it well.
