You can do to improve your health and well being ? I smoke quite heavily somtimes and im deffinately going to quit when my mind is ready for it.There is no way im smoking my whole life.Also even if is still smoke will exercise still be beneficial in the long run?

I want to lose weight before New Years’, but I need something that will help me lose weight faster. I already diet as well as exercise. I’m just looking for a little boost in my weight loss efforts.

All suggestions welcome! I’m thinking healthy eating, exercise…but what other small steps could I take to help me be healthier?
And I’ve chosen the number 7 because I think it’s a good number of ‘daily’ things to work towards! But if you only want to suggest one thing, that’s fine too.

Daily or weekly. Please don’t be smart and say ‘exercise and eat right’ or anything so obvious, just some tips please!

Here is what I know.Please, answer and explain if you have a better suggestion;
1.Correct breathing and body gesture, you should count from 1to 6 while breathing in and 1to17 until you breath out.(after a while you will get use to it without counting the numbers).
2.Drinking about 4-8 glass of water per day.
3.Exercise.(Walking,etc).
4.Checking overall health.(Medical tests).
5.Prevention. Avoiding unhealthy drinks, food , and habits.
6.Eating variety of Healthy food.
7.Self Realization / Thinking at present.
8.Sufficient sleeping.
