when a doctor tells you have a health problem in which the best solution is eating right, exercising, and weight loss do you think on average most people listen to their doctors? I personally feel some health problems/diseases progress simply because people just don’t listen to their doctors. Then when they actually try to start when it’s already too late. On average do most people listen and change their lifestyle to get rid of a health problem or do most people just don’t care and think they can tackle it when its too late? It seems people don’t have the willpower to exercise and eat right on a daily basis which would result in making their condition worsen. What do you think?
I read all this stuff in health and fitness magazines about exercise. They say you have to do this and that, eat this and that. But I’m pretty sue that prisoners don’t have the time to make sure they do things like eat 5 whole eggs in the morning and things like that, yet, I see some pretty muscle bound guys come out of prison. Some people look at them and say: “Now those are prison muscles”. What do these guys do?
Wal-Mart has them, and they are really inexpensive. Maybe a couple of dollars..
I just bought one today and it was like 8 dollars. I’m wondering if people use these…at least it will give me a slight estimate, right?
I have knee osteoarthritis or something, i’m 26 but february 2006 just did some knee bending and now i can’t even run or do anything that i couuld do before. And i have alot of flab in around my waist. I can’t even do push ups that much cause i have a chest torn injury that i acquired in 1998. Anyways, so i can do things like situps, or stand on one spot and lift a weight, such as a backpack full of books. that feels good but i don’t feel like that is much aerobic exercise. I always hear aerobic exercise is the best for losing weight,, but how can i do it if i’m injured?
