I am always feeling energized and healthy. I have been wanting to go to school for many things. Mostly revolved around things in the health/exercise field. Is it possible to hold jobs as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and personal trainer? I’m thinking it is prolly impossible. But anyone else have opinions?

1- maybe just a little fat on the thighs and butt.
2- small stomach fat
3- fat triceps
4- hips
5- fat just under the chin
I weigh 130lbs and im 5′3 and im female. everyone says i look fine. but I want to lose weight till im around 115. is running for 30 minutes a day the best way? I’m a health freak but i eat rice and bread… i dont eat chocolate or junk food. so any advice?

If the government is paying for my health care, then it is in the best interest of the government to:
1) Make sure I eat healthy. Should ban any and all foods that is determined to be harmful.
2) Ban smoking with stiff criminal penalties for those who refuse to comply.
3) Mandate an exercise regiment determined to meet my physical needs.
4) Regulate children’s sports, banning some to cut down on the cost of injuries.
And many other ones that will come up.

I would do exercise then a massage but so the sauna the next day. If you do all three in the same day without much of a break, you risk heat exhaustion and severe dehydration. All three activities promote excessive sweating and release of toxins from your body. Doing all will make that process go faster than you will be able to replenish.
