I’ve had bizarre symptoms for almost a year, and pretty much figured out that they were due to candida overgrowth in my body.
These included anxiety, chest pain, muscle aches, tingling arms and legs, sinus congestion, feeling ‘foggy’ (no concentration), stomach issues, etc. Once I started the anti-canidida program, many of my symptoms went away and some were greatly reduced.
Still, from time to time, I will get some symptoms when I cheat a little on the diet, or if it’s a certain time of the month (you know what I mean ladies). Sometimes when this happens, particularly if my chest suddenly aches or I feel some tingling, I start to panic inside. When I panic, of course, my heart races and I feel worse and worse. I often think it’s something wrong with my heart or ciculatory system.
I would like to know if any of you suffer from this as well. Also, can you recommend some ways to deal with it? Any useful exercises or tips?
I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

im a girl, 14years old, range from 5′3” to 5′7” possibly but im not sure and im around 125 to 135 lbs. I want to join my track&feild team in high school but I am usually pretty lazy at home and have never done any sports teams before so i really need to get into shape. I started trying to jog 1 mile & when i get tired i just walk for a couple minutes and breathe in deeply then start jogging again. the first time I jogged around 1 mile it took me 20 minutes, the second time it took me around 17-20 again, the 3rd time a family member came and when i would start walking after i got tired he would let me walk a few steps and incouraged me to keep jogging and that day i shaved off 7 minutes and got down to 13 minutes. Its been about 3-4 weeks now since i started jogging and i havent gone every single day but i have been averaging 12-14 minutes now. I heard my high school track team in intense and im gonna need lk bionic legs to survive if i make it so i really wanna build up my endurance so i wont get as tired so easily. i can run pretty fast already just if i run fast i loose all my energy. before i go i stretch out my calfs to prevent leg splints. what can i do so i wont loose my breathe so fast and last longer without walking? what should i eat/drink/stretch before my mile? track season starts in the spring and its only augest so how can i go down from like 13 minutes to maybe 7 before spring? also my mom has been telling me if ur lungs can hold more oxygen you wont get tired as easily so shes been telling me to do this exercise the deep sea divers do before diving into the sea without oxygen and going as far as they can. my mom tells me to breathe in as much oxygen as i can threw my nose then breathe in 2 more breaths. she says that will help expand my lungs. i bought a stopwatch and pedometer and good running shoes and bring my ipod with me and listen to music because i though it would distract my mind from the fact that im tired but it doesnt really help
any other tips would be fine too

My yoga teacher said that yoga oxygenates the blood and builds strength in a healthier way and does the same good as the other types of exercise which he says can be harmful in the long run. Since I hate aerobics and feel so much better with yoga, it seems right to me but not to my traditional “work-out” relatives. What are the facts here?

I do exercise for my stomach muscles.three days a week.And I feel …………

Natural sugars and the effects they do to your body can be reversed with exercise and moderation of intake. But what about the unnatural sweeteners and the effect they cause on the body?
