I don’t know exactly what the doctor use for this purpose. But he is a qualified doctor (graduated from u.k.) in our town. He also gives vitamin C injections, ozone theraphy treatments etc etc.
I tried the fat reduction injection once and it is actually works. But you know after some time, the tendency to eat a lot of junks couldn’t be resisted so I lost some curve…around my waist. I think of going again but with the percentage of increasing illnesses around us make me wonder whether it is wise to do that. Exercise doesn’t burn those stuborn fat. I tried..so..please advise..thanks

How many steps should I be taking a day. I have a pedometer. I’m a 20 year old girl and I weight 170. I’m over weight. I want to start loosing 4-5 pounds a week. I have no problem excersizing just lazy to do it. I have the pedometer and love watching the numbers go up.
So to all you experts out there how many steps/miles do i have to walk a week to lose 5 pounds a week? if I’m only taking in 1200 calories a day. And riding a stationary bike for an hour 4 days a week…
Please help!

Along with eating healthy and exercising, what other vitamins are good to take while in your twenties to imporve overll health for the future? thanks :) Im just curious because I wanted to start taking vitamin D in order to imporve bone health in the future, and avoid possible arthritis and osteoporosis

I’m currently taking AP world history, AP chemistry, and am a year ahead on my math course in high school. I’m also in the marching band for the first semester, which takes up for than 15 hours a week that I could be using for studying or sleeping. I need some advise on excercise and health tips so I could stay in shape and actually feel healthy. I have lost the time to do it all, really!
