I feel my tummy bloats up after having a meal of rice.. I do try to drink a lot of water.. But i think my digestive system is far too slow when it comes to digesting rice.. I feel full for the rest of the day and i just cannot eat anything else.. Because of that i dont get hungry at all! I do moderate level of exercise and i am in good health.. But have been facing this problem for quite sometime!
I start a workout and within a few seconds it will end the workout. “Workout completed. Workout distance.02. Time: 3 seconds.” How annoying!
Yesterday I had four three second workouts. What is going on? Could the sensor be shot? Has this happened to anyone else? I had to finish the last three miles of a six mile run without the pedometer and timer functions working. And I don’t want to go into an October marathon with the possibility of it doing this again! But I’m also hesitant to buy a brand new sensor/piece unless I know it’s shot for good.
Ideas?
im doing a project in health and i need to know how exercise benifits the body systems “any websites that can help?”
About three years ago, my immune system was awesome! I hardly ever got ill and cut, scratches and even fairly major wounds healed quickly. I felt generally healthy. But now at 18 my health is the worst its ever been- I seem to catch a fair few colds, i’m constantly cold (toes and finger especially), my fitness is fairly good, I run at least once a week, do jujitsu and usually fit some other exercise in, I eat relatively healthily and take vitamins occasionally (although I admit to being fairly forgetfull on this one), I’m a vegetarian and always have been (don’t know if this matters) A fewe people have suggested that it’s stress related. I’m a second year a level student with the ambition of studting veterinary sceince. I have a fairly big worload but not unmanagable so I don’t see why it should be stressed (I study physics, chem and biol). Family life isn’t great but I don’t see how this would effect my health? Soooo (sorry, not so breif) How can I geat my health back? Any ideas?
