So basically if you swim regularly you wont have to do anything else? Like running, weight training and cycling.
And how many long and how often should I swim to maintain optimum health?
is there such a thing as a swimming counter? if so what are they called and where can you get them from? like a pedometer for walking but at the end of every lenght you swim you press a button and it keeps count of how many lengths/laps you’ve swam. Thank-you.
I have heard that swimming is the ultimate cardio exercise, but I have rowed on Concept2 rowing machines and it definitely increased my heart rate, so I am wondering if rowing is somehow better overall?
I’ve noticed at swimming pools many fat people swimming 50 lengths or more, they must be really fit to be able to do this, so why are they still fat?
Also, is there any health benefit in being overweight, in that you’re constantly exercising by carrying around the extra weight with you?
