I’ve gotten in the habit of not eating meat everyday. I look at meat and its not pleasing to my stomach anymore.I just want to know what are the great rewards to follow in my lifestyle, health, exercise and sex life on becoming a vegetarian.

Does anyone know where I can buy a pedometer that I can start and stop when I like? Do they even make those? Basically, I walk a little, then jog a little, then walk a little more, and I want to be able to stop it when I am walking so that I only get the distance that I am running.

If, say, I spend at 1 to 3 hours every day to exercising. (cardio biking, running; walking, etc.). I lower the intensity. (to somewhere like 30mins~1 hour a day). Will that dangerously affect my health? Will my overall health drop lower than it was before I started exercising? Or is the year I spent exercising so is lifetime benificial? Will I gain fat more easily? Is my body now in need of so much exercising?
