I’m not eating fast food or greasy crap like that but i do it foods like homemade hamburgers, spaghetti, and tv dinners sometimes. Usually less expensive food. I try to eat healthy when i can but alot of the times i just cant get around to it.
So is it pointless to keep exercising if im eating like this?

well, i’m 12 years old, i am like totally developed and got my period and all that, if that matters. I eat as healthy as I can, but i hardly ever exercise. I do in gym, though, and i ocasionally go for a walk. Would this still be considered healthy? Thanks!
I’ve been taking prescribed “pills” all my life, & they never help. I told the mental health nurse yesterday that I’m more depressed than usual, & another nurse told her to tell me that I have to exercise to improve my mood. Maybe that might be the reason why I’m more sluggish & depressed than I was when I was younger, taking PE.
