im 15 years and weigh about 120 pounds and im 5′0 feet
i want to lose at least 7 pounds or more. im gonna start to walking more using my pedometer on a pedometer how many steps are u suppose to take everyday? or how much steps to take to lose a pound?( if possible) what are things to do to lose weight? any strategies? anything? any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

My daily exercise includes around 30-40mins vigorous jogging on the spot. These are the questions I would like answered:
Should a pedometer be used for such an exercise?
What counts as a step? If in a given amount of time my right foot hits the floor 10times how many steps have I done? This is mainly to check the calibration of the pedometer
Also what is the average amount of calories that are burnt in 10 minutes? I am 53kg and 1.73m height. On average the pedometer marks 27cal per 10 minutes which do seem a bit low :s

Hey guys, I’m debating buying one of the applications for my Touch to measure my steps, rather than buy a new pedometer. My question is, which one would people recommend from the Apple store? Are there any that work without stopping when the iPod locks after 1 minute? Which ones do you recommend overall?

i want to lose weight on my stomach.
i want to build up a bit but lose weight on my stomach mainly
i am eating healthy and doin right abs crunches,
i had pedometer (step counter)
say for example i ran 3 miles a day, would this make a big difference on my lower abs? i dont want to turn alot thinner than i am because i ran too much??
