I can afford both those phones but being 15 it is hard for my brain to choose lol
Here’s some info:
blackjack 2 has a full qwerty keyboard and windows mobile, it also has internet, but I have to pay $50 for internet and texting , plus another $20 for a 3.5m headset adaptor
the walkman w580i has a pedometer, internet as well and lights on the side for callers, alerts, etc. it also has shake control which is when I have the phone on my hand while listening to music I flick my wrist to change the song. the internet with texting it $35 and it already has a headset included. but not having a keyboard sucks.
all ideas will be thought about!
thx – hector

How many miles a day should I walk. I am 14 years old not athlete or anything. Just want to know how to get enough exercise to not get fat or be a couch potato. Currently I do a 3 mile walk one day. Than a 1 mile work for the next 2 days. Than a 3 mile walk. Than the next days I don’t do anything. Please note that I’m not a track runner and don’t want to be one. And tell me the equipment I should use. I currently use. A water bottle, Pedometer, and watch. I won’t get lost because I know every street in the area.

I will be working alternating day and night shifts, 12 hours (7-7). I have heard that it is as bad for you as smoking 20 fags a day (yuk). Can anyone offer me tips on how to stay healthy, and any advice on exercise and diet? I woud appreciate htis, as I would like to keep going naturally rather than rely on Red Bull or something equally awful!

Hi, I’m a RN. 36 y/o. 210 lb. 5′6″. Mother of two. I work 12 hr. shifts or more – 3 days a week. I walk constantly all day and I know I shouldn’t count that as my weekly exercise, but, I don’t ever get 4 days off consecutively and I am always too exhausted to exercise on my days off. I always feel so drained. I wore my pedometer to work one day just to see how many steps I did in a day and it was around 16,000/day. I know the recommendation is for a person to exercise at least 3 days/week for 30 min. But, I am always so exhausted from long shifts at work. I’m lucky to talk myself up to 30 min. one day a week. I like to do exercise dvds like Leslie Sansone – Walk Away The Pounds. Since I walk so much at work, how often do you recommend I exercise off work per week? Also, do you have any suggestions on how I can get the exercise in and find the energy to exercise. Please don’t say to exercise before work. I work 6:45 a.m. to 8pm. and I would have to get up at 4:30 or 5 a.m. to exercise and then do over 12 hr. shift. Any suggestions, please?
