I’m not majorly obese or anything, but I could stand to lose about a stone or two… and my fitness level is shocking! There could be 50 year olds in better shape than me!! I’m always tired and sometimes dizzy these days (due to stress and anxiety mostly I think), so I need to improve my health. I know what I should be eating… but what can you recommend to someone my age who is terribly unfit, in terms of exercise? Even 10 minute walks do me in!!!

How many miles a day should I walk. I am 14 years old not athlete or anything. Just want to know how to get enough exercise to not get fat or be a couch potato. Currently I do a 3 mile walk one day. Than a 1 mile work for the next 2 days. Than a 3 mile walk. Than the next days I don’t do anything. Please note that I’m not a track runner and don’t want to be one. And tell me the equipment I should use. I currently use. A water bottle, Pedometer, and watch. I won’t get lost because I know every street in the area.

I am tired of the excuses. I cry about being overweight but won’t get up off my fat a$$. That is going to change.
I got an exercise bike given to me and I bought a pedometer and some 3lb weights.
Today I rode my exercise bike 3 times at 1.5 minutes each (moderate pace). I couldnt do more than a minute and a half at first. But then later I did it for 15 minutes straight at a moderate pace. At first it is hard but then you get used to it.
How long should I ride my exercise bike every day? I need to lose about 40 lbs. And how should I lift the weights I have? I am starting off with 3 lbs and then I will buy more heavy ones as I get stronger. And when it warms up outside (if it ever does) I am going to go walking. It is about 10 degrees every day right now though. I am trying to find a cheap treadmill right now though. They are so expensive!
And I also have a mini trampoline I am going to start jumping on every day. How long should I do that for?

I am new to track and was wondering if anyone out there could suggest some excercises or routines to get in TIP-TOP SHAPE…if you guys could inform me about pedometers or any other cheap alternative, that would be GREAT!! I really need to succeed in track, so if there would be any suggestions (for example, about what to eat n stuff ) that would again be wonderful

Hi I have spider veins on the back of my legs… im in good shape and good health. I exercise and eat pretty healthy. Does anyone know of any way to get rid of these veins, lessen their appearance or stop them from forming?
