3- fat triceps
4- hips
5- fat just under the chin
I weigh 130lbs and im 5′3 and im female. everyone says i look fine. but I want to lose weight till im around 115. is running for 30 minutes a day the best way? I’m a health freak but i eat rice and bread… i dont eat chocolate or junk food. so any advice?
anyone know of any running shoes that have a built in pedometer or can tell you your mileage? thanks!
Im looking for a stopwatch that can also measure your distance when jogging/running. If not what do you suggest as a measurement for running (pedometer is for walking only i suppose) ? ??
I just started jogging and have a few questions:
1. When i do interval training how slow should i walk in between is 2.0 too slow?
2. Are pedometers worth it?
3. How fast should i practice jogging so that i could jog a 10 minute mile (without breaks)
what is a good watch to have for running.
i need it to have these (at least):
24 hour time (military time)
pedometer
stopwatch
with a nylon band (or something similiar)
looking to spend no more than $50; the cheaper the better.
