I am 16, 5 10 and 180 pounds. And i exercise moderately (Over weight)
I have been eating health and exercising for months( i don’t remember how many). I have lost 20 pounds to get to 180. However, now that i am aware of what i eat, i have cut many unhealthy foods from my life and i feel that my body just doesn’t need as much to be full. I am now concerned about my caloric intake because i don’t meet it and i really don’t want to push more food in my body when i feel i don’t need it. Please give me good advice, i don’t need websites to find out my required intake. I would be really nice if a experienced person answers this question. So do i really have to meet the requirment and i don’t want to screw up my metabolism.
This friend of mine is nearly 20 years younger than her current boyfriend. But they like the same things and get along great. They are both in extremely good health and exercise regularly and eat healthy foods. Everyone tells them that they are crazy for dating one another. Can this relationship last or is the age difference going to be a problem?
I have type 2 diabetes and thyroid problems. I am about 70 lbs from my ideal weight. I have physical pain that prevents alot of exercise . What is a good fat burning food? I dont eat alot . I also dont eat alot of food that is bad for me. any suggestions please?
I am 47. I go to a gym for an hour day. I belong to Weight Watchers. I am tall, slim and athletic.
But sometimes I wonder – is it worth it??
Sometimes I just feel like letting myself go, relax on the couch with ice cream and not bothering. True, it would be bad for my health in the long run, BUT I would enjoy the sofa and the ice cream.
Am I missing out on quality of life?
Did you go on a strick diet & start alot of exercising. I have been taking things slowly, probably too slowing but I thought that would be better than drastic changes. What has your experience been with making big changes. I thought this would go to the diabetes area but it really doesn’t matter but that is what I was diagnosed with any advice from what ever your experience is, is welcome.
