I got a pedometer and I have some questions:
1 Do all steps count in regard to the 10 000 steps one should take. For example do the steps I take around the house, when doing chores and so on count, or am I only to count the steps I take outside of the house.
2. My pedometer also counts the calories. When I walk around carrying my daughter in the sling, do I put in my normal weight for the calorie calculation, or do I enter our combined weight, as I am moving her 10kg too, when I carry her.
3. I know one should go 10 000 steps per day. But I assume that is just the absolute minimum. How many steps does one have to take per day in order to increase fitness. 20 000, 30000, or more? I am totally aware that walking with the pedometer won’t do the trick alone. But I am interested in the required number of steps anyway.
How does blood pressure affect my body? Could it be making me numb when I am doing teh heavy exercise? What ways could I help myself to increase the health of my blood flow?
I’m looking up some stuff because, I didn’t dress out for gym, so now, I have to do this report thing.
1. How much aerobic exercise do teens need?
2. Why is aerobic exercise important?
3. What health issues can cardio-vascular exercises improve or help to prevent?
Please help! I only have till : 9:40am
that reflects their health and your risks?
like…have you ever been seriously injured, do you have diabetes, do you exercise….etc.
