Ok, I know all about calories in calories out and that that is the only true way to lose weight. This is the issue: I started at 290 pounds (BMI 47) and managed to lose 25 pounds and am stuck. I really need to lose another 20 pounds as fast as possible for health reasons. Exercise is still really difficult for me, but am trying to move more throughout the day. If I got really committed, how few calories could I safely consume and not go into “starvation mode” or hurt myself in any way, given it was for a short amount of time (2 months or less).
Thanks

i am a 23yo,5′ 11 male and have been stuck between 260-220 pounds for about 5 months now, ill get down to 220, then go on vacation or slack of just a tad and skyrocket back to 260 in about a months time. i am always active (gym 5 days week (mon-fri), just walking 2-4 miles saturday) and always eat healthy for the most part. i counted calories a while back and lost a fair amount of weight but everytime my weight would stick , i would cut out a few more calories each time until i was down to about 1700 day/220 lbs, which is a little too low. i havent counted calories in about 6 months and ive decided to go back to it. i used a few calorie calculators to determine that if i want to be 200lbs i need to consume around 2500 calories daily. my first question is should i start with a higher number of calories and work my way down, or start with this number and work my way down, or just stay consistently at 2500? my daily intake consists of whole wheat bagel, real fruit jelly, OJ, fruits, v8, whole grain lean pocket, coffee/splenda/fat free creamer, roasted chicken breast, fat free yogurt or pudding, corn, whole grain cereal and low fat milk. so my next question is if i calculate it into my daily caloric intake, am i allowed to have some fast food a friday and saturday night? so if a mcdonalds meal ends up being 1000 calories, the rest of the day i can only eat 1500? also, ive been walking since 2004 for about 6 days a week usually from 1-3 miles, and a few years ago up to 8. it seems for most people, walking is a good way to lose weight but i believe my body has gotten use to it, i use my pedometer to calculate calories and it says 2.5 miles is about 400-450 calories. so are these calories still being burned if my body is use to it? is there anyway to amp up my walking without running or jogging? i was thinking about getting a walking vest

Dave the jogger runs the same route every day (about 2.2 miles). On 18 consecutive days, he recorded the number of steps using a pedometer. The results were

1. The amazon cell phone agreement, that will take $250 from my account if I break any of its terms, lasts 6 months and so after those 6 months, I am free right? I’m not bound to att for 2 years or anything right?

2. If I receive a defected phone and have issues with it, will amazon replace it?
3. The service is reliable right? I’ve never bought a phone over a 3rd party online site before.
4. I’ve heard that the battery life on the phone is pretty bad. But what if I turn off the bluetooth, pedometer, side led lights, and turn down the brightness. Will the phone be able to go for about a week between charges?
Thanks in advance!
