I usually drink like 12 to 14 beers then sleep it off for most of a day. Basically I go about 2 maybe 3 days in between drinking alcohol. and was just wondering if this could lead to cirrohsis of the liver? I’ve been drinking for about 3 years. I drink plenty of water, eat well take vitamins, and get lots of sleep and I’m young and used to exercise on a regular basis but not anymore. I always feel tired?

Hi there. Im 13 years old, and i am wondering how many calories i should be having everyday and how many of those i should be burning off? Ive heard i should have about 1500, but that cant be right because that is about the equivilent of 1 and 1/2 DEEP FRYED MARS BARS!!! So how many calories should i be having each day? Plus, i have got a new pedometer and im wondering how many steps i should be doing each day?? (ive been doing about 15000 to 20000) Is this enough to burn off the calories i consume? (i dont eat an awful lot of junk food) And also, am i overweight? im about 165cm tall (pretty tall for a boy who has just turned 13) and i weigh about 63kg??

okay, so im 14 and pretty “slim” but i just have a bit of a spare tyre thing going on around my midde – just a smallish one whcih i want to get rid of for my summer holiday – july 25th to be precise :)
i do around 10,000 steps a day (got a free pedometer at school! lol) doing my daily activities – school etc. and i do a little aerobic workout just to warm up for my stomach crunches after school. i also eat very healthy – 5 a day n everything, and hardly ever have chocolate etc.
if i do 100 crunches every day before school and the same after school, aswell as everything above, will i have a “flat” toned stomach by my hoilday? when will i start seeing results?
do i even need to do them before school? and if im gonna start doing them in the morning.. before or after breakkie? i only have a banana for my breakfast.
oh and btw, im not turning anorexic or anything like that. i still eat normally :)

I want to get my mom a something for mothers day but dont know what? I wanted to get her a seltzer water maker which costs $99.99 but I don’t know. I’m only 17 and its a little out of my budget but I could do it. Also, I was thinking about getting a pedometer but thats kind cheap. What should I do?
