ok, im 16 years old and im 5 ft 9 and 7 stone although i try not to weigh myself to much as i get obsessed. i eat very little during the week, i can go days without eating, making up excuses like ‘oh i had a big lunch so im not hungry’ or ‘ill get something later’ although i never do. then at the weekends i eat more than a normal person would consume on a weekly basis. i don’t even feel physically hungry but i just eat and eat and then i eat nothing for the rest of the week and feel very tired and weak and i cant concentrate at school. ive tried eating during the week but i just feel sick and dizzy when i try to eat healthily. i dont do any exercise either, do i have a health problem?

So I got this nike plus thing to replace my pedometer and watch.
It’s so screw up that it ****es me off!! It won’t let me pick a run to calibrate it!! I gave up on the track thing and got on a treadmill. I ran 1.380 miles exactly at a 8:34 pace (7mph… if I’m not mistaken), Incline was 2(whatever unit they use)… but that shouldn’t have affected the steadiness of a treadmill run. Oh yeah… get this, the wrist band said I ran .43 miles….

I’ve had bizarre symptoms for almost a year, and pretty much figured out that they were due to candida overgrowth in my body.
These included anxiety, chest pain, muscle aches, tingling arms and legs, sinus congestion, feeling ‘foggy’ (no concentration), stomach issues, etc. Once I started the anti-canidida program, many of my symptoms went away and some were greatly reduced.
Still, from time to time, I will get some symptoms when I cheat a little on the diet, or if it’s a certain time of the month (you know what I mean ladies). Sometimes when this happens, particularly if my chest suddenly aches or I feel some tingling, I start to panic inside. When I panic, of course, my heart races and I feel worse and worse. I often think it’s something wrong with my heart or ciculatory system.
I would like to know if any of you suffer from this as well. Also, can you recommend some ways to deal with it? Any useful exercises or tips?

I’m 24 years old and overweight. I’ve had heart surgery when I was 2 yrs old and, because of it, my exercising ability has always been limited. Since I never have actually worked-out, and I really need to lose weight (it’s both a health issue and an esthetical one…) since my bmi is now 38.2, I was wondering whether someone could give me some advice how to start. I want to burn calories, but not strain myself too much.
Also, what kind of diet would be good for me? I was thinking of 5-6 small meals a day (to boost my metabolism), mostly fresh fruit and vegetables, low-fat milk products, fish and poultry, stuff like that.
Any advice would be good. :)

Ive have a problem with the Pokétch apps Pedometer. It stopped counting at 12266 steps.
I press the clear button and (or restart) it goes to 0, but when i start to walk it goes back to 12266 steps. Why is it doing this and how can i fix it without restarting my game?
I also beat the elite four, did that have something to do with it?
also this is happening to my brother too. He has
pokemon Diamond.
