I am willing to start making some exercise, but i cannot make my mind if i should try yoga or go to a gym.
I have never done any sport, i’m bad with that, and i believe i have not a good physical condition, altougth i’m not fat or anything like that.
I am just convinced that i need to make something with my body for healt, and because my work is mostly sitted in front of my computer, and as much as i like it, i know it’s stressing.

I have every day free, not doing anything…
And I’m thinking of some physical exercises to become less neurotic and enhance my psychics. Is there some? And what can you suggest?
(Im athletic-like, but I have troubles concentrating, because of quitting smoking a while ago)

Sets your heart pumping blood faster around your body, which increases the oxygen flow. Might help to stop the build-up of plague in the arteries. Exercise is always good for you, but personally I don`t believe `prolonged, intense` exercise is either necessary or healthy.
If nature had intended us to do this, she would have made us into human dynamos.

Even physically ill people do need occupations.. things to do.. they need to set themselves goals also.. if they are not well and even then they have to have hobbies.. that makes their lives a lot more livable.. and they can still achieve things.. they too need to exercise within the boundaries of their physical ability.. because any person who does not get out of bed at all even if physically ill.. risk a lot of severe health problems.. bed sores.. thrombosis. so they have to have exercise.. they have special exercises… for those people. and for everyone else.. who is healthy.. if one only watches TV.. and only sits in front of the computer and has no other hobbies.. then without physical activity we will always feel more tired.. we gain weight… exercise is important. and for heathty people and even for physically ill people it’s good to go and do some physical activity in a group.. because doing something physical… is a lot more fun doing it in company of a group… exercise can be fun and it can also be a competition… there are different kinds and different reasons.. it can be a challenge to some who are sports oriented to participate in sports events and to be competitive.. and maybe they will find a profession in that field. to have no exercise at all makes the body rust.. a healthy person should exercise.. and be physically active. this is something they can do with friends.. it also improves their social life to do this with others.. .. it gives them time to be with friends. we don’t have to worrry about kids. they are so curious about things.. so that a healthy kid will run a lot during the day and be out of doors and constantly doing something.. they get their physical exercise even if they are on their bike around the block or on rollerskates and not far away.. but for kids too that is to learn team work.. to play together. to learn ”fair play” which is not always easy.. a great way for everybody to stay in shape.. even for ill people to improve their health to a higher level of well being to have a physiotherapist… who does activities with them.. they will feel better…

E.g-will it be easier to handle stress/other problems?
