she is in good health exercises daily and eats healthy. It is cool in the house.
It appears to be unconstitutional for the federal government to require citizens to buy a product, especially if the product is unrelated to the exercise of a something that is not a right.
I have three children, I am 38 years old. NOT over weight but could use some or a lot of toning. LOL Do you have any suggestions on exercise that I could do to help get rid of that extra fat and cellulite? I don’t eat unhealthy but I am not a health freak either. Should I cut out my salt from my diet, that making a person retain water? I know that I drink too much soda, but hate the taste of water. I enjoy Gatorade quite a bit, that might be a part of my flabbiness as well.. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I have been battling with this for many years. My mother is over weight, along with her two sisters. I do not want to become like them. Childhood fear to become over weight. Well, enough of my babbling, thank you in advance to all of you that take the time to try to help me.
does someone like Sheryl Crowe get breast cancer. From what I understand she is vegetarian on some level & am sure she exercises, have you checked out her arms? Cut & has about 2% body fat, if at all? How confusing??
