Well exercise is essential for all of us . It does not have to be like going to the Gym 5 days a week. WE can change our routine , maybe park a little farther from the store and walk a little farther. Also improving your diet can promote good health. Also start taking some type of multi-vietiums. Decrease your sugar intake , this promots fat. Increase your water intake.Try to cutt all the extra fat off your food. Don’t eat the skin of chicken, i know the best part is full of fat. Get a book on healthy eating and cooking this might help. good luck .

Well I don’t really wear long shirts so everyone can see them if i wear a pedometer on my belt… Can you wear pedometers on ur ankle or something? so its covered by your pants?… or is there special pedometers for ur ankles?

i have read that it prevents heart attacks, heart diseases, cancer, acne, high blood pressure, and diabetes, but what other things does exercise prevent?

I”ve read that they reset themselves alot.
