Ok. SO im 20. and i only gain weight in my stomache causing me to look Prego. my legs are super skinny as well as my arms. I dont understand. Like i walk aprox 7 miles at work ( im a waitress) according to a pedometer. Also when i wake up i look skinnier ( thought still prego) but as soon as i eat my belly swells like triple the size?….
I just wanna know why? And will just running do the trick? please help.

i got a pedometer. i have walked 11025 steps today. how many calories does that burn? how do you know? Can you help me find a website i can use daily to figure out how many calories i burn.
