I’ve been in the business for 2 years and since then i barely exercise because i devote my time in the business and even sleeping is very few… but please advice me? should i suffer from this in the future? some of my friends say some anecdote. that all my earnings/income is only enough for the hospitalization someday hehehe LOL, though this is just a joke but it’s possible please advice me what to do thanks a lot
