I need to know exactly how many miles I am running whilst out, will a pedometer do this?
I’ve taken up running and I need a pedometer to measure mileage but all the ones I’ve had measure steps and time. I read one thing where you can base the mileage on a pedometer based on your average steps per mile but my speed is erratic. Please help me?
No, they help measure how many steps you take.
I have a pedometer that is supposed to be able to measure the number of calories burned while walking. I wonder how accurate it is, though, since metabolic levels vary according to the individual.
