I’m trying to motivate myself into exercising on a regular basis and was wondering how many of you do this? and what do you do in your exercise routine? any ideas for getting a flatter stomach? I eat pretty healthy but don’t work out at all haha so any ideas are helpful! thanks
edit- also I’m not over weight at all. 5′4 and weight 118. just need to get inshape health wise
How many steps should I be taking a day. I have a pedometer. I’m a 20 year old girl and I weight 170. I’m over weight. I want to start loosing 4-5 pounds a week. I have no problem excersizing just lazy to do it. I have the pedometer and love watching the numbers go up.
So to all you experts out there how many steps/miles do i have to walk a week to lose 5 pounds a week? if I’m only taking in 1200 calories a day. And riding a stationary bike for an hour 4 days a week…

..does it take to do the recommended 10,000 steps a day? I do 3 hours walk every day. I should invest in a pedometer really.

If someone walks 10,000 steps(marked by a pedometer)at a slow/medium pace, how many calories would they burn off?
im 15 years and weigh about 120 pounds and im 5′0 feet
i want to lose at least 7 pounds or more. im gonna start to walking more using my pedometer on a pedometer how many steps are u suppose to take everyday? or how much steps to take to lose a pound?( if possible) what are things to do to lose weight? any strategies? anything? any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
