Hi, I am fourteen years old. I am 5′4 and 100 lbs. I know drinking lots of water and exercise will promote good health, I also heard it could reduce acne. So, I would like to know what exercises I could do for a fit body & good health. Thanks.

Well exercise is essential for all of us . It does not have to be like going to the Gym 5 days a week. WE can change our routine , maybe park a little farther from the store and walk a little farther. Also improving your diet can promote good health. Also start taking some type of multi-vietiums. Decrease your sugar intake , this promots fat. Increase your water intake.Try to cutt all the extra fat off your food. Don’t eat the skin of chicken, i know the best part is full of fat. Get a book on healthy eating and cooking this might help. good luck .

Im 16 yrs old Im a male bout 5 ft 6.75 in to 5 foot 7 on good days lol, um i weigh bout 144-149 lbs my pedometer reads at about 14,000 steps on average daily this is without this is just my daily activities someone please help
