For example, some of us do regular exercises, go to gym, go for swimming, walking or cycyling etc. Some of us take some vitamine or health related pills to stay healthy. Some of us adopt home made remedies. Some of us avoid certain kind of foods eg fatty or oily food, carbohydrates or starch etc or some of us specially take certain kind of food say green and leafy vegetables to stay fit. But anyways, concerned about my teeth. I am getting a lot older now &#8216;in some ppl&#8217;s eyes I guess] I&#8217;m going to be 43.<br />
I&#8217;m concerned about my health esp. 20 yrs. from now and want to get the ball rolling on optimum health!!<br />
Usually I walk 3-4 miles 3-4X per week during warmer months.<br />
And started taking vitamins again regularly.<br />
What else can one do to maintain overall GREAT health?<br />
And how IN THE WORLD do those 90-100 yr. olds out there deal w/flus??? If you feel so rotten a lot younger when dealing w/a virus [I have one now <img src='http://omronhj112pedometer.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_surprised.gif' alt=':o' class='wp-smiley' /> (  ] just wondering how those poor lil&#8217; older ppl hold up going thru that!?<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I eat fairly healthy (I am a poor college student so my options are limited).  I don&#8217;t drink soda and try to get as balanced a diet as possible.  Most of my meals consist of a lot of vegetables, rice, baked chicken, or pasta.<br />
This is my regular weekly routine:<br />
Sunday:  1.5 hours of two-hand touch football<br />
Monday:  45 min cycling class (resistance hills and sprints)<br />
Tuesday:  1 hour pilates class<br />
Wednesday:  45 min cycling class<br />
Thursday:  1 hour pilates class<br />
Saturday:  30 min jog<br />
It is hard to fit in too much time at the gym, so I have opted for group exercise classes to avoid the confusing machines.  If there is anything that I am missing, should include, or should change let me know!</p>
