I was just wondering, i have realalised that i am heavily clinically obese and i need to lose 4 stone as it is now a serious risk to my help. Has anyone got any ways in which do do this with easy exercises as i have school everyday and lots of homework so i don’t have much time. Can i lose weight by doing any exercises at home? Any ideas?

Cut out ALL : Cakes, crisps, and chocolate and hight in fat snacks.
Replace them with: Nuts, seeds, fruit, toast or cereals..
Drink lots of water – no calories
Also cut out all fast food – Macdonald’s, kfc, pizza hut etc
instead you can go to – eg waterstones – where you can eat a panini.
Buy a pedometer, and try to do your 10,000 steps a day
Try to do some energetic dancing at home – This is a great way to burn off those calories.
No longer use the lift – use the stairs – you will be increasing your fitness, every time you use them.
Dance to eg – Girls aloud – something kind ooo
If you are walking in the park – try running – its good to build up a sweat.
Stick to this if you do want to loose weight
Depending on how much you weigh – stick to this about a month – and go on some scales……….And keep doing it

any hints, helpful advice, on how i can lose 50 lbs by april? i am on a very low calorie diet (1200 calories a day) and it just seems like it isn’t coming off as quickly as i had hoped. i only drink water, eat healthy food such as grilled chicken/fish and nothing with more than 30% calories from fat. i do walk every day for about 30 minutes pushing my daughter in the stroller (not easy to go to the gym, i live on a military base, don’t really know anyone and all my family is 700+ miles away…. so working out is pretty difficult, only able to do so WITH my daughter who is only a few months old). is it true or good advice that i get a pedometer and try to get 10,000 steps a day? would that help me reach my goal? thanks everyone.
hello my name is tiernan. i am 14 y/o and weigh 170 lbs. im pretty chubby. im in 9th grade and the year is coming to an end. over the summer i want to lose weight. if i change my food diet, and cut out all junk food and watch my calories(maybe 1,000 calories per day) and got a pedometer and walked 10,000 steps a day. and also started to lift weights…..what would i look like in 2 1/2 months??? how much would i weigh???? would i be skinner??? or in 2 1/2 would i just have only lost a couple pounds and not look different at all??? please help me out! much thanx
I am 5′5 and weigh 155. I would like to get down to 130 pounds. I walk about twice a week for twenty minutes and try to eat 1300 calories a day at the most. Please help? I am looking for a weight loss buddy as well if anyone is interested.
I drink alot of water. I have never tried alot of veggies but I love fruit. I own the following:
jumprope
pedometer
exercise ball
hand weight (x2 5lb)
bike
