I really want to lose weight.
I am 160 cm and i’m 50.9 kg.
I want to be tall and skinny but that’s not what I was born with so I am fat and normal.
I think that girls look nice when they are normal weight and all but, I want to be skinny.
So I would like to be about 45 kg without damaging my health.
I exercise 6 times a week. :)
And if I ;
-don’t eat candy that much maybe about 1 a month ( well I don’t eat candy really, I have braces and my teeth always hurt when I chew the candy. )
- only eat yogurt and fruits.
- only eat half of what I would normally eat
- only eat about 3-4 meals a day.
- eat dinner that my mom makes which will include fast food. ( I can’t chose what’s for dinner :/ ) So I can’t just say no to her that I won’t eat what she is offering me. I don’t want her to know about this weight loss I am going to do because I don’t want her to worry. :)
– Will this damage my health in any way ?
I want to lose weight so my thighs won’t touch and my cheekbones will be more visible.
Please don’t be mean, rather help me :)

I have never understood this, this goes as far as both sexes. But, if I care about my health why should I date someone that does not care about their health? I get called shallow for this but it is true, if I take care of myself why should I feel sorry for someone that stuff’s their face…

Cut out ALL : Cakes, crisps, and chocolate and hight in fat snacks.
Replace them with: Nuts, seeds, fruit, toast or cereals..
Drink lots of water – no calories
Also cut out all fast food – Macdonald’s, kfc, pizza hut etc
instead you can go to – eg waterstones – where you can eat a panini.
Buy a pedometer, and try to do your 10,000 steps a day
Try to do some energetic dancing at home – This is a great way to burn off those calories.
No longer use the lift – use the stairs – you will be increasing your fitness, every time you use them.
Dance to eg – Girls aloud – something kind ooo
If you are walking in the park – try running – its good to build up a sweat.
Stick to this if you do want to loose weight
Depending on how much you weigh – stick to this about a month – and go on some scales……….And keep doing it

i had my baby a month ago and now i need to get back into shape any health/exercise sggestions or diets for losing weight FAST i dont want answers like eat healthy and exercise please be in depth! thanks!

I have type 2 diabetes and thyroid problems. I am about 70 lbs from my ideal weight. I have physical pain that prevents alot of exercise . What is a good fat burning food? I dont eat alot . I also dont eat alot of food that is bad for me. any suggestions please?
