Hello ^_^
My name is Caitlyn and I am 15 years old.
I weigh 175 pounds and I am definitely overweight by much more than I should be.
I am looking for someone who can tell me what to do in order to shed this extra weight.
I own the following:
Exercise tapes (Yoga and cardio)
Bike
Jump rope
Walking shoes
Pedometer
hand weights
exercise ball
Softball mitt and ball
I have most of what I need, I just need to know how to best utilize it.
Thank you!
p.s. Diet tips are loved.
I eat about 3000 cals per day.
I just started calculating.

That’s the claim he made today. Can any doctors weigh in on this? (Get it – “weigh in” on this?)

Its happened twice in the past week. Both times my parents have been home, but I haven’t been. The first time the person(s) left a two pound dumbell ( im into lfitng), a new pair of goggles ( im into swimming), and a power bar ( im into running). Then, two nights later, they left a whole BOX of stuff, with my name on it. There was a workout dvd, a 3 pound dumbell, a waistpack, a 10 min tone ups for dummies book, a pedometer,. an elastic band, etc. I called a bunch of my friends and they all claim they didnt know anything about it.. AHH THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZYY1 Why are they giving me all this stuff??????????

i usually jog on a treadmill for around thirty minutes three times a week. in that thirty-minute run, i cover a distance of two miles at a 50% incline, so it’s pretty strenuous given my level of fitness (hehehe, kind of out of shape). after cooling down for a few minutes, i immediately go for a two-three kilometer swim.
people have told me i shouldn’t swim after jogging, or that i should swim first and then jog after or just swim and jog on seperate days. their reason for this is that it interrupts my sweating process or something like that, so it ends up doing more harm than good. is this true? i personally don’t believe it, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.
thanks!
