KIKO

So I’m a beginning runner trying to train for a 5K. I’ve done a lot of research on creating a training plan etc. and I’m not looking for advice on that front. What I do need help with is keeping track of my time.
I hate wearing a watch because I have very sensitive skin on my wrist and in the past I have had horrible outbreaks of eczema and watches have given me extreme heat rashes.
I’m wondering if there is another way to keep track of time, maybe a running play-list that changes song every minute or beeps every minute. Maybe a pedometer that also has a stop watch – ideally one that attaches at the waist.
Suggestions?

We all know about the hour a day of exercise plus veggies and fruits. Do any of you do something extra?
I gained a quick 15 lbs on my first year of retirement. oww.

As a male virgin who plans on saving himself for marriage, I get really annoyed when I read all of the articles and chain emails that discuss how healthy sex is. They keep insisting in terms of health, it’s smarter to have sex around 3 times a week than save yourself for something.
They say sex releases certain hormones and cuts down cancer risks & early mortality rates.
Obviously, sex is good exercise, but aside from that, all that’s happening to you during sex is ejaculation and the emotional gratification of knowing someone will do it with you.
PHYSICALLY, I don’t see any difference between sex and masturbation, (aside from the extra exercise, which can be made up for).
(I understand semen can be healthy for women in ways, but I’m asking about the males here.)
Is there really much difference to your body between actual sex and masturbation? Are single guys who pleasure themselves now and then supposedly missing out on these lower mortality rates? I don’t see how they could.

I’m 24. I never cared to look for cholesterol because.. I’m 24. However, I’m rather fond of milk and beef. I’m curious as to whether these will affect my health later in life despite the fact that I jog 20-25 miles per week and lift during the winter months.
