Im in pretty good health but I have this love handles that I just hate, whats a good way to work them off?
I’m on my feet all day at work, so I thought it’d be fun to count just how many steps I take in a day. It also counts miles.
So I was just wondering what a good number of steps to shoot for would be. I want to get the most out being on my feet. So if you know a good number that would be sort of a workout… THANKS!
And also, ways to get in more steps! Thanks!

207 kcals is the same as 207 calories but don’t trust any pedometer or any gym machines calories calculations. They all get it wrong.
Do your own math, like if you burn 80 calories a mile (if you’re 125lbs or less)…then just multiply by the numbers of miles (your speed don’t even matter at this point).

(If I’d jog one hour, I would cover at least 5 miles and burn 400 calories)
Hello! I am around 120 pounds but would like to get to 116 or 115, not that much of a weight difference. I’m somewhat out of shape but once I start an exercise plan I really get into it and will stick with it if I enjoy it. I am wondering how long I should work out on the bike a day and what kind of riding patterns should I follow if any? I’m 31 and in good health otherwise. Thanks!
