I’m 16 turning 17 in december if that helps…& i exercise somewhat..not as much as i use to. =[

im 15 years and weigh about 120 pounds and im 5′0 feet
i want to lose at least 7 pounds or more. im gonna start to walking more using my pedometer on a pedometer how many steps are u suppose to take everyday? or how much steps to take to lose a pound?( if possible) what are things to do to lose weight? any strategies? anything? any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

i suffer from major depression and have a anxiety disorder im currently getting help with cbt and anti depressants and feel i am on the road to recovery but there’s no way i would have been able to do it with out the help of medication, but im just wondering if you think a healthy diet and exercise helps a great deal in battling depression and anxiety and other mental health problems?
