I am 17, average size, and I do not exercise. I am going to start walking 2 miles a day to begin getting into shape (not to lose weight, rather just to be healthy). I have a tiny bit of cellulite on my upper legs, and a little pouch of fat on my lower stomach.
How do you think going from no exercise whatsoever to 2 miles of walking a day will do for my body (physically/visually as well as health overall)? I am also going to start eating healthier.

We’ll be kayaking 3-5 hrs a day for three days. I know there will be pain involved, but I am just wondering if I am going to be able to go to work after the trip/be able to move and etc. I am in mid 20’s, of normal weight and health but I don’t really exercise.

I normally eat a lot of junk in between meals, so I’m going to cut out chocolate biscuits etc. completely and stop drinking beer and any other fatty drinks. I’m also not drinking coffee with sugar. I bought myself a pedometer and intend to do 10,000 steps a day and also do some sit ups.
Is this enough?
