I really would like some advice: Monday- Chest & biceps; Tuesday- Triceps & back; Wednesday —-????????…. I need some help. I have it all here in this book, workout in the gym, but cannot take time to formulate a decent workout routine. I really would like to stick to a 4-5 day/week routine in the gym for at least 45-60 minutes a day. I do not want to get much bigger than 200 lbs., but just stay lean, fit and full of energy!!!

I’m currently taking AP world history, AP chemistry, and am a year ahead on my math course in high school. I’m also in the marching band for the first semester, which takes up for than 15 hours a week that I could be using for studying or sleeping. I need some advise on excercise and health tips so I could stay in shape and actually feel healthy. I have lost the time to do it all, really!

Anyone know where I can find a good pedometer for sale in the city of Toronto?
I’ve been to Walmart, Zellers and Canadian Tire and all they have are cheap looking ones that look like they’ll break if they get dropped.
I’m looking for one that can count your steps and your calories for you.

I’m 16 and i have hardly any body fat, i’m not active but i really! want to be, i have just finished school and i want to do something in my spair time before I go to college and i was thinking that exercise was the best thing to do as it would make me healthier and more awake. While i was at school, i used to go on a 30min walk to and from school, 30 mins there and 30mins back, but now i dont go to school i dont have that possibility and i found anyway that walking did not change my body’s health or shape. I do not want to go to a Gym and i have no equiptment at home, i was just looking for things like types of sit ups and house exercise that i could do daily. A regime would be perfect though because if i have it in front of me and if it tells me what to do i will most likely do it.
Basically i want something that will help me with my health and looks (all teens wanna look good right?) that i can do while at home and will help me out.
