You need to get your heart pumping to 75-85% for half an hour a day to get “good exercise.” to find your maximum heart rate subtract your age from 220. I suggest running/jogging for 40 minutes a day. After your run, check your pulse. Measure the amount of beats you feel for 10 seconds and then multiply by 6. if that is between 75 and 85% of your maximum rate, that is good exercise. If it is lover than 75%, jog faster and if it is higher than 85%, jog slower, you’re pushing yourself too hard.

I know that obesity is the main one, but what are some other major ones?

what are the bad effects on health if you take a bath right efter exercising?

If, say, I spend at 1 to 3 hours every day to exercising. (cardio biking, running; walking, etc.). I lower the intensity. (to somewhere like 30mins~1 hour a day). Will that dangerously affect my health? Will my overall health drop lower than it was before I started exercising? Or is the year I spent exercising so is lifetime benificial? Will I gain fat more easily? Is my body now in need of so much exercising?
