The hold button is not on either.

I’m fourteen, 110 punds, 5′4″. I have a pedometer and I normally average anywhere from 8,000 to 15,000 a day (I work on a farm so there’s lots of running involved… my bike broke D= ). Is this a good amount?
I’m not anorexic/bullemic, and I’m not doing this to get skinny. I’m perfectly fine with my weight. I just want to keep in shape.

which is balance and helpfull?Any good book or web?
