This has been going on my whole life, that’s why I never played sports. Never really put much thought into it until now. I’m physically unfit and its causing health problems, so I want to be doing cardio regularly.

I am looking to lose weight over the next 5 months, as well as get fit and build endurance. I am 19 and weigh around 14 stone.
I plan to get gym membership and spend from 10am – 4pm in the gym from monday to saturday.
Would it be hazardous to my health to exercise for these prolonged periods of time, and doing so on a daily basis?

i got a pedometer. i have walked 11025 steps today. how many calories does that burn? how do you know? Can you help me find a website i can use daily to figure out how many calories i burn.
