Hi
I have a DS and heard there was a game with a pedometer available. I’ve looked and can see both ‘My Health Coach’ and ‘Walk With Me’ available. There is a big price difference – is this because one has two pedometers and the other only has one? Is there any other pros/cons for either?

Exercise Science includes classes such an Anatomy and Physiology, Physics, Biomechanics, Research courses, Exercise Physiology, Motor Control, etc. It is very science and research based. This degree prepares students for physical or occupational therapy school, or other graduate programs such as PhD programs in biomechanics, exercise physiology, etc.
Health Promotion also encompasses some of these classes but is more business focused to promote health in general. It also focuses on prescribing a health program.
Most people with exercise science will further their education while health promotion is easier to use with only a bachelors degree. Many people in cardiac rehab have health promotion degrees and many physical or occupational therapist have exercise science degrees. The degrees are definitely similar in some of the course work since they are both science degrees in the health and human performance/kinesiology field.
